As the seasons change, I thought we would look at a darker beer and one from a newer Indiana brewery, Floyd’s Folly Scottish Ale by Cutters Brewing Co.

Sierra Nevada Flipside Red IPA

6 pk. NR for only $9.97

Flipside Red IPA is a new one from Sierra Nevada.  It is labeled as a red IPA at 6.2% abv.  I am very excited to try it because of the blend of hops is citra, simcoe, and centennial.

Appearance – This IPA pours a dark, copper brown color with a thin white head.  It has a decent amount of carbonation.

UPLAND OKTOBERFEST

6 pk for only $10.97

Appearance – Upland Oktoberfest pours a nice light copper in color with a thick off-white head. It seems to have nice carbonation and it looks very alive. The head seems to dissipate somewhat, but still has a little thick head left.
