Beer Style: Hoppy Brown Ale
Appearance: Amber with a 1⁄4 inch pour
Aroma: Caramel Malt, faint hops, alcohol
Mouth-feel: Medium body, smooth, somewhat creamy
Taste: Very malty, some faint spice and hops
Overall: This is very similar to the Octoberfest/Marzen style. Very malty in flavor the hops are very light on the finish with some spice as well. The alcohol is a fairly noticeable as well. I would recommend this for anyone who likes the Octoberfest style.
Pretty simple and approachable brew.
